Tween Gathering?

I'm bringing an 11-year-old girl who would like hanging out with other tweens better than spending all her time with me. She's definitely too big for the kid's tent, old enough to run around by herself, but not really into spending all her time sitting still listening to music.

It'd be fun to get together with some other families with tweens, but also it might be great to just pick a spot where they could find each *other*.

Hmm, maybe I'll talk the kid into camping in noisy camping again, and we can get a floating UNO game going or something... or we could meet at an early set Thursday... or???

It'd be really cool to have a preteen "clubhouse". Maybe we should get an extra canopy and set one up!

I will have two 12 year olds in tow (boy and a girl). I'm sure they would enjoy spending some time with kids thier own age also. They enjoy the music, but not necessarily 3 full days worth of it!

How about: Anyone interested, come by the Workshop stage, 5pm Thursday, Beatles set. We'll be sitting on the near side halfway up with an Embarrassingly Loud Pink Frog Blanket. (far right as you look down towards the stage, or "stage left" from the stage)

This will be our 7th year and we have a 15 1/2 and a 9 year old....two words..flashlight tag...its a tried and true Falcon Ridge tradition among teh kids and my sone still plays...we'll be at the Beatles workshop too (though my 15 year old volunteers with teh teen crew and then avoids us whenever possible...!!!
