Can someone tell me what "access" and "hospitality" do?

"Access" is assistance for those who might have trouble getting around in a big ol' field due to physical restrictions. Typically, the work involves helping out in the access seating areas right by the stages - getting water, maintaining the space as an "access needs only" seating, etc.

Hospitality crew helps deliver food & water from the kitchen to folks who can't leave their posts to get it. That's volunteers - thanks in advance for the food deliveries when we're on shift in the field - and food/water at stages, I believe, but I could be wrong on that last bit.
